West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine, Section of Rheumatology seeks an Academic Rheumatologist qualified for appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor rank. Successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.

Duties:

• The successful candidate will practice the full range of outpatient and inpatient Rheumatology.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in our ACGME accredited fellowship program.
• Participate in quality improvement and/or research as eligible.
• Potential for grant support within the Division to sponsor career interests.

Interested/eligible candidates may have the opportunity to serve areas outside of Morgantown in West Virginia or Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
• Eligible to obtain a state medical license.
• Completed an accredited internal medicine residency program and a rheumatology fellowship.
• Board eligible/board certified in rheumatology.
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
