We're looking for volunteers to help identify items for sale online, take photographs and upload them to eBay for sale.
The Ideal Volunteer Will Have
• An interest in charity retail
• Interest in vintage, collectable or pre-loved products
• A willingness to help and make a difference

• The ability to listen to and take instructions

Duties
• Researcher – Items to be researched using eBay/Google lens etc, to see if they are worth listing on eBay or should be sold in the shop/Donation Centre
• Information gathering – You will collate the item information, such as item title, description, measurements etc. I.T and/or logged in a book.
• Photography – Do you like photography? You don’t need to be an expert and suitable and efficient equipment will be supplied for your role.
• Lister – Someone who can input the photos and information into the software. This is the more technical part of the role and full training will be given.
• Packer/Dispatcher – You will have to follow up great customer service by wrapping, packing and applying a shipping label to complete the customer experience.

This role is an unpaid role but reasonable travel expenses will be paid in line with the volunteer expense policy, along with 25% discount on all purchases.
