Position Overview

The Vice President of Landmark High Jewelry, Client Relations & Experience leads the VIP client strategy, optimizing Landmark offerings to inspire and engage VIP clients and maximize high-end sales opportunities. The role is instrumental to Tiffany’s ambition to accelerate growth in the HJ segment as well as deliver outstanding and bespoke experiences, unique to Landmark. The individual will lead the Private Client Manager and Advisor team, inspiring Landmark’s most esteemed sales performers to further elevate and expand their business through strategic networking and community presence. The role will partner closely with Landmark Leaders, Americas and Global Client Relations and High Jewelry, Merchandising, Design and other functional partners to deliver on key strategic priorities of client centricity and brand desirability.

The VP of Landmark HJ, Client Relations & Experience must be able to think strategically while also being hands-on in overseeing the day-to-day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people and brand desirability. Key Accountabilities

High Jewelry Sales and Development

  • Create and lead a strategy for Private Client Managers, Advisors and Independent Contractors to grow HJ business.
  • Establish presence in the HNW client network, personally connecting with existing and prospecting new clients and business.
  • Lead Landmark Client Relations strategy to develop and execute HJ outreach and engagement strategy.
  • Partner with Landmark leaders to develop selling skills, build business acumen and inspire HJ expertise in Landmark Client Advisors and leaders.
  • Lead strategic support for High Jewelry in-store events, caravans and curated client moments.
  • Work with Americas and Global Merchandising and High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client needs and expectations as it relates to HJ assortment

Client Relations

  • Lead Client Relations team to develop client engagement and development strategies for high-end clients.
  • Work with Director of Client Relations to refine Clientelling skillset in Client Advisors to build stronger business and expand the network of HJ clients.
  • Establish and develop partnerships within LVMH to enhance the client development strategy and share money-can’t buy experiences with identified clients.

Client Experience

  • Lead team to deliver unparalleled in-store client engagement moments and bespoke experiences.
  • Work with Director of Client Experience to build strategy on Landmark experiential offerings and programming, ensuring seamless execution of every client touch point.
  • Partner with Landmark leaders to enhance client experience through elevated hospitality offering and deepen client loyalty through curated celebration moments.
  • Leverage all experiential Landmark moments, including but not limited to, Brand Exhibition activation, VIC Private Salons, Blue Box Café and Private Dining offerings to maximize sales and strengthen client relationships.
  • Inspire passion for luxury in all Landmark talent and garner curiosity and commitment to create and deliver the best-in-class client experience, as envisioned for Landmark, the world’s most inclusive and best luxury retail store in the world.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 10-15 years relevant retail experience
  • BA required
  • Must have strong computer skills (proficient in PowerPoint and Excel)

Preferred

  • MBA preferred
  • Foreign Languages a plus, French, Spanish, Portuguese

The hiring range for this position ranges from $240,000 – 300,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
