The Qualified candidate will be responsible for driving sales for the Holiday Inn Express & Sleep Inn located in the Pineville-Alexandria area.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  6. Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.

Experience

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong customer service and account management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business development strategies.
  6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
