The Qualified candidate will be responsible for driving sales for the Holiday Inn Express & Sleep Inn located in the Pineville-Alexandria area.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market insights.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technical or technology sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong customer service and account management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business development strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
