Requirement: Be BC in Psychiatry, Visa Physicians Please Respond

1. Employee of Medical Center (MC).
2. Be BC Psychiatrist to work with an established inpatient unit and outpatient clinic teams, and provide in-hospital consults.
3. Conduct holistic psychiatric patient evaluations for the purpose of diagnosis and management of acute and chronic mental health illness as well as providing pharmacological medication interventions with appropriate psycho-education and crisis management.
4. Conduct follow-up appointments to support the treatment plan of the patient.
5. Coordinate and collaborate with other clinic psychiatrists.
6. Review health assessments and treatment plans and provide recommendations and referrals.
7. Day Shift and will share on-call duties to include night & day for at least one weekend per month.
