Job Purpose/ Summary:
To ensure that the Hotel bedrooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards required at all times, reporting and maintenance problems
All cleaning activities are carried out with the minimum of inconvenience to the Hotel guests
Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company Standards
To be able to deal with any reasonable requests from the guests in a professional manner
Company procedure for the security of guest’s possessions is followed at all times.
Guest property found/ lost procedure is adhered to
All maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure
Cleaning chemicals are used as directed, to achieve desired results and reduce wastage
Understand the procedure for rejecting linen
Know who to direct guest to if unable to answer any queries
