Job Summary:
The Pre-Delivery inspector at Toyota Butuan is responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly inspected and meet the dealership's quality standards before delivery to customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, automotive knowledge, and the ability to perform vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards before delivery.
• Check and verify the functionality of all vehicle systems, including brakes, lights, electronics, and other components.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and report any issues or defects found during the inspection process.
• Prepare inspection reports and documentation required for vehicle delivery.
• Identify and coordinate necessary repairs or maintenance tasks with the service department to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed before vehicle delivery.
• Perform final quality checks to confirm that all customer specifications and dealership standards are met.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during inspections.
• Utilize various vehicle maintenance tools and equipment to perform inspections and minor repairs.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while performing vehicle inspections and handling tools and equipment.
• Ensure that vehicles are safe and compliant with regulatory standards before they leave the dealership.
