The Opportunity
Under the general guidance of the Maintenance Manager and work direction of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform a variety of general maintenance and service responsibilities at our corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing and fabricating building equipment and facilities.

Your Impact
• Complete installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration repairs/overhauls, and operates HVAC systems
• Focus on painting and plumbing maintenance orders
• Perform load surveys and necessary tests and take appropriate corrective action.
• Work on energized, equipment using OSHA approved safety equipment and guidelines
• Work with voltage and current of any level, AC or DC after completion of training
What you Bring
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2+ years experience with painting or plumbing maintenance orders
• 1+ years electrical experience
