Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school-based setting. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students improve their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the SLP in providing therapy services to students.
• Implement treatment plans as directed by the supervising SLP.
• Monitor and document student progress.
• Prepare therapy materials and activities.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student success.
Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in WA.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
