This also includes knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power PointMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100/300/100 limits Must reside in the local territory - this position covers the Pearl City, Waipahu and Kapolei, HI areaPreferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degreeTelephonic sales skills a plusGood listening and intuitive skillsEngaged with the community through service, organizations, activities and volunteerism Bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in both English and an additional language without limitations or assistance Additional InformationUpon offer acceptance you must be able to complete and pass the AHIP certification (paid for by Humana) prior to your start date in order to sell our productsAny Humana associate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency.
