Job Title: Sales Analyst, Walmart

Job Status: full-time, permanent

Work location: remote; Bentonville, AR

Travel: 10-15%

Your role

The Sales Analyst will focus on supporting the Customer Business Manager and Director for Walmart and SAM’S CLUB. You will provide proactive analysis of sales trends, identify future opportunities, and minimize potential risks to the existing business. You will require proficient skills in managing shipment data, customer data via Retail Link / Luminate, and IRI/Nielsen sales reporting system. You will also be responsible for weekly reporting and analysis to the local Account Management Team, and internal Senior Leadership at Lipton. In your role, you will also collaborate with Customer Service on analysis to support service level goals.

Your Key Responsibilities
• The Sales Analyst will provide timely communication and in-depth analytical support focused on business solutions. You will be expected to develop a strong working knowledge of reporting systems and demonstrate the ability to transform data into actionable insight based selling stories via Excel and PowerPoint presentations. You will also be expected to provide regular business updates and bring new opportunities to the Customer Business Manager based on data insights.
• Your growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit will be critical to the success of LIPTON Teas and Infusions.
• You will seek out white spaces across Walmart and SAM’S CLUB bringing opportunities to the team, and support implementation.
• You will work with internal teams and external customers to ensure our brands are presented well and performing strongly on digital platforms.
• You must have the ability to retrieve and analyze IRI/Nielsen, internal shipment, Luminate, and Retail Link data to provide professional presentations in Power Point on brand and category trends (to include market share and distribution/ranking reports).

Skills And Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant experience
• Highly proficient in Excel & Power Point
• Experience with Walmart &/or SAM’s Club is a plus
• Breakthrough Thinking - Taking initiative to work independently and deliver results
• Problem Solving -Will need to exercise good judgment and routinely make decisions to support the day-to-day business
• Organizational Awareness - Will need to reach out to many different levels of the organization to solve problems and gather information for decision making
• Experience with Retail Link, Luminate, and Madrid is preferred
