Ability to commute/relocate:
- LOCATION: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)· A dispatcher works with a team who's responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, troubleshooting server issues. They are also tasked with answering emergency and non-emergency calls, and scheduling technicians for installations. Their role is crucial in ensuring effective communication with their team members and customer support. A dispatcher is the backbone of our operations. They ensure our trucks are on the road, our technicians are where they need to be, and our customers are satisfied."
