As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.Responsibilities • Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.• Maintain precise customer credit records.• Ensure timely and accurate billing procedures, sending bills to customers promptly.• Handle cash application processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of cash postings.• Conduct regular credit reviews to evaluate the creditworthiness of new or existing customers.• Engage in light collection calls as necessary, adhering to our organization's procedures while maintaining customer relationships.• Assist in month-end closings and prepare reports to provide financial data to management.• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues encountered while processing transactions.• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and accurate accounting processes.• Uphold strict confidentiality of financial information.
