Position: Waste Water Treatment Manager
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our waste water treatment facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce environmental impact.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians and operators, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in waste water treatment operations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
