Role Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have:
• Extensive experience and deep understanding of the transport industry, particularly in general haulage.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective customer engagement and deal negotiation.
• A proven track record in understanding customer needs, offering competitive rates, and securing new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• The ability to manage customer inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Compensation
• Starting Salary:£36,960 per annum
• Bonus:Quarterly performance-related bonus structure to reward exceptional performance.
Additional Details
This is an office-based role in Hinckley. The Inside Sales Representative will participate in an on-call rotation, averaging one week in five. Candidates must have a strong background in general haulage and sales. Only applicants with extensive relevant experience in similar roles will be considered.
