What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and connect them with the appropriate teams
- Onboard new customers, train end-users, and optimize the value of software
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for existing customers
- Collaborate with engineering to solve Tier 2-3 issues and bugs
- Support teammates and assist customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Desire to work in the construction technology industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Modeling background (Revit or AutoCAD) would be helpful
- Some knowledge of the construction industry, manufacturing, or prefabrication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in the construction technology industry
- Previous experience in a customer success role
