Intern – Operations Engineering Project Manager - Cambridge, MA – 2024
Are you interested in an Internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) and/or graduate (MS) degree to participate in paid intern opportunities. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.
Your role:
• Supporting Program Manager(s) in workshops set up, workshop execution, and follow-up
• Supporting project execution, including stakeholder engagement and management
• Support project monitoring activities to ensure tasks completion on-time
• Analyzing data for cost saving opportunity (financial modeling)
• Support maturing business cases based on agreed standards
• Documenting new project management standard based on the new approved methodology
• Process improvement e.g. extending project database
• Bring new solutions/ technology to minimize manual reporting
You're the right fit if:
• Interest in project management
• Data management and strong capabilities in Excel, Power BI required
• Experience in virtual environment (Miro, White Board, MS Teams)
• Analytical thinking and problem solving mindset.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills required
• You are currently studying towards your Bachelor of Science/Master of Science/Master of Business Administration (Bsc./Msc./MBA) in areas like Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Management, Operations Research

This person should take ownership for his/her actions, be very tech and business savvy, willing to innovate and to be an advocate for change. It is very important to be comfortable with dynamic environments with limited guidance. We value a good sense of humor and social initiatives you would like to bring in.
