Chick-fil-A West Palm Beach seeks a detail-oriented Financial Planning Director to oversee accounts payable, payroll, and vendor relations. Starting at $62,000, You’ll manage the monthly billing cycle, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate budgets. Your role includes processing payroll, handling insurance and 401k matters, and ensuring compliance with tax, safety, and employment regulations. You’ll also serve as the main contact for vendors and corporate accountants while driving financial efficiency and operational compliance across the board. Detailed Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
• Take ownership of and manage the monthly billing cycle
• Ensure on time payments for all vendors, including credit card payments
• Update Budget Sheet from Analytics Hub on a weekly basis
• Execute best practices for expenses
• Process any reimbursements, credits, or QIC
• Oversee End of Month and Start of Month processes
• Ensure submission of invoice payments, expense transfers, end of month notes
• Serve as liaison to corporate accountant
• Prepare EOM package
• Account Management and Vendor Relations
• Main point of contact for Vendors, specifically surrounding payments
• Account management of all licenses, business receipts, etc.
Payroll
• Complete payroll on a bi-weekly basis
• Expectation for 100% accuracy regarding accurate time punches, wage adjustments, PTO and bonuses
• Print and prepare paychecks for distribution on a bi-weekly basis
• Troubleshoot payment issues in an expedited manner
• Champion direct deposit for Team Members
Insurance and 401k
• Subject matter expert on behalf of RRM for all insurance types and 401k
• Ensure spreadsheet is up to date with all login, password and payment information
• Point of Contact for insurance and 401k related matters
Compliance
• Oversee tax exempt accounts
• Lease management for Delivery Vehicles
• Servsafe Management
• Pathway compliance for PCI/ Safety and Security
• I9, W4 and SSN Audits
• New Hire Paperwork
• Time Punch Management
