Taphouse is excited to announce we are looking to expand our staff. Our restaurant is seeking a part time host/expo who is excited to join our team and uphold our company's vision and standards. Schedule would mainly be Tues-Thurs nights with occasional Friday, Saturday or Sunday as needed. The ideal candidate for this role must have experience in a high volume, casual dining environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Idaho. Responsibilities: * Handle multiple responsibilities such as cleaning, ticketing, and running food and beverages. * Bussing and seating tables in a timely fashion. Keeping track of the waitlist. Greeting customers upon arrival. * Serve food and drink in a timely and efficient manner, serving customers with courtesy. * Works as part of a team of wait staff. * Work under pressure during peak hours. * Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests *Skills* * 1 year front of house experience, including experience as a host or expo. * Beer knowledge is preferred but not required. We do have 44 rotating taps as well as a full cocktail and wine menu. * Understanding of food, beer, wine, and cocktail menus * Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks * Familiar with industry’s best practice

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
