The Operations Associate provides office support to central dining administration, retail dining operations and the catering team.

As the Operations Associate you will:
• Provide customer support and serve as contact for meal events
• Assist with department scheduling, payroll approval, and initiate employee hiring processes
• Generate billings, invoices and reports for departments
• Support catering and special dining services events
• Generate and reviews reports
• Assists with inventory
• Provides direct support to the Assistant Director of Retail Operations, the catering team, and central dining leadership team.
• Assist with the Student Leadership program administration
• Collaborate with Student Affairs business services on invoicing, payments, cash handling, and other financial function

Minimum Required Qualifications

High school diploma plus four years office support experience required; equivalency considered. Computer proficiency essential. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary. Flexibility and ability to be a team player essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s or equivalent education/experience is preferred.

Posted Salary $17.308/hr minimum
