```Job Summary```
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect - Registered
```Responsibilities```
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any design or construction issues
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
```Experience```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Architect
- Proficiency in architectural software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Experience in business development and client management is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
