Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Telesales/Sales Person to assist with both our sales and marketing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start their career in sales within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will begin by helping to cleanse and maintain data in our CRM system and will be provided with a clear training roadmap to develop into a telemarketer and eventually a member of our new business or existing business sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in cleansing and maintaining data in the CRM system.
• Support the sales team in data management and entry tasks.
• Receive comprehensive training in telemarketing and sales techniques.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to potential clients.
• Learn and understand EBC Group’s products and services to effectively communicate with potential clients.
• Develop skills to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
• Assist with other sales-related tasks and projects as needed.
• Follow a structured training program to progress from data cleansing to telemarketing, and ultimately to a sales role.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good level of technical proficiency.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• No previous sales experience is necessary, but a passion for developing a career in sales is essential.
