The Role
As a Customer Service Manager at Safran Electrical & Power you will lead a dedicated team capable of delivering front line support of a world-leading aerospace business and their aftermarket customers. You will ensure the team deliver world-class customer service to the global customer base, from quotations, contract acceptance and invoicing, through to order tracking with internal Operations teams and administration of warranty claims. You will manage commercial issues such as new conditions within the MRO module, demand changes and pricing agreements.
· Develop and lead a global service centre capable of delivering excellent front line business support and order management between the business and its global aftermarket customer base
· Implement customer service policies and procedures, ensuring world class customer service is provided
· Manage the deployment of new contracts, ensuring all conditions are aligned to agreed contractual terms and demand changes are reviewed with key stakeholders
· Establish a service driven quotation process, building strong links with internal functions to ensure accurate costing, pricing and lead-times
· Manage complex escalations and complaints resolution in a timely manner, liaising with internal functions as required
· Build strong customer relationships through proactive daily communication, participating in face to face commercial meetings as required
Desirable Experience

• Aerospace or manufacturing background essential
• Experience leading or managing a technical customer service centre
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• SAP experience desirable
• Ability to manage individual and team priorities on a daily basis
• Highly influential with the ability to drive change throughout the team
