Job Title: Public Relations PR Officer for MOTA
Job Description: MOTA is seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations Officer to handle all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities.
Compensation: DOE
Availability: Immediate Opening
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan publicity strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets.
• Write and produce press releases, presentations and reports on media coverage data.
• Respond to enquiries from the public, the press, media and related organizations.
• Monitor public opinion on particular issues.
• Arrange interviews with journalists and reporters, prepare and distribute media releases, and make statements to the media.
• Develop and manage brand identity.
• Expose MOTA in upcoming product releases and publicity events.
• Arrange press conferences, exhibitions, events and product launches.
• Provide clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress.
• Bring in new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Undertake relevant market research.
• Create reports and forecasts
Qualifications
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Great presentation skills.
• Aptitude for working with computers.
• Ability to take initiative.
• Awareness of different media agendas.
• Ability to think sharply with a creative outlook.
• Capability to prioritize and plan effectively.
