Bring Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives. This includes working with Six Sigma-certified professionals in the plan, design and accomplishment of key projects. Incumbents matched to this function require accredited Six Sigma training.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Drive Six Sigma quality culture in the organization
• Identify issues and challenges, lead/facilitate improvement projects, measure and validate project results, and facilitate successful implementation of all facets of process improvements or changes identified
• Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
• Define appropriate metrics to gage processes performance through structured reporting governance model
• Presenting project analysis and findings to senior leadership to obtain the approval, funding and other requirements to resolve the issue
• Manage Bright Idea program
• Responsible for process trainings deployment which includes training need identification, preparation of training decks and training delivery
• Collaborate well with US quality & operations teams
• Provide support for 200-400 FTEs and/or 5-10 mid to highly complex businesses
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

External Hire:
• Moderate work experience in Six Sigma and Continuous improvement projects (3+ years), min 7-9 years total work experience
• Three to five projects completed and/or certified
• Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, machine learning, AI, etc)
• Experience solving major project or customer issues
• Proven excellent communication & presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in change management

Preferred Qualifications:
• Project Management certification / Master's of Business Administrator
• Six Sigma certification from a recognized certification body or previous organization
• Exposure in LSS or BI program
• At least 3 projects in previous role
