Job Title: Land Surveyor in Training
Location: South Ogden, Utah
Duration: Contract-to-Hire, Long-term
Pay Range: $25-$38/hr DOE
Job Responsibilities:
Professional Land Surveyor need to join an established family owned and operated Utah civil engineering firm. Be part of a team that uses advanced technology to provide Alta/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Bathymetric Surveying, Boundary Surveys, Construction Layout, and Topographic surveys. Ensuring all projects are completed within budget, on time, while adhering to all legal requirements
Required Skills:
• Licensed Surveyor in Training
• Ability for occasional travel to jobsites
• Strong ability to communicate succinctly, and clearly with clients, and internal stakeholders
Bonus/Soft Skills
• Familiarity with standard land surveyor programs: AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, Pix The Client, Virtual Surveyor, MS Office Applications is preferred but not required
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to rapidly learn new software applications.
• Looking for candidates with a commitment to long-term career growth and a strong eagerness to learn and grow
