Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager with a solid background in e-commerce platforms, logistics, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces, along with the ability to manage projects with technical insight and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the current Project Manager until her departure on September 2 to ensure a seamless transition and continuity of operations.
- Drive projects to go live as quickly as possible, maintaining a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address and resolve warehouse-related issues, including negotiation with sellers, to prevent delays and ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Trello to manage tasks, coordinate with teammembers, and add value through guidance and teaching.
- Oversee the process of sending CVs and manage recruitment-related tasks.
- Collaborate with Carl to discuss and align on the Project Manager roles expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
- Technical understanding that contributes to operational improvements.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as HubSpot, Notion, and Trello.
Challenges:
- You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise in the warehouse, ensuring all team members are aware and proactive, and driving projects to completion with urgency.
