Primary Health Partners is actively recruiting a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join the team as we expand our clinic in Moore, OK. Practice Highlights:
• Limited panel size : 600-800 (1/4 the size of typical PCP panels)
• Longer appointments: 30 - 60 minutes / visit
• Typical day: 8-10 patients

Qualifications:
• Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or IM/Peds
• Licensed or ability to be licensed in the state of Oklahoma
• Ability to build successful relationships with patients and team members
