Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your role will involve greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with various guest inquiries.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of table availability, server sections, and restaurant layout
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems,
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
