We are on course to significantly transform the later life experience in the UK with a commitment to expand our portfolio to 34 retirement villages, which equates to around 5,000 age-appropriate homes for retirees.

The Role:
• Welcoming new prospects to the sales suite and assisting with their enquiry in a professional and efficient way
• Managing the ‘customer journey’ from initial enquiry to show rounds, follow ups, product presentations and move ins
• Managing sales progression, pursuing all enquiries and responses
• Monitoring sales from reservation through to completion and moving in
• Working with estates agents, solicitors and ‘Assisted Move Package’ partners
• Providing weekly, monthly sales reports
• Helping with managing sales events and roadshows
• Supporting marketing initiatives and helping to identify opportunities to promote the village
• Ensuring the sales suite and office is kept tidy and well-organised
• Making sure the CRM system is well administrated and is kept up to date.
Key Requirements:
• Previously worked in new build sales, for an estate agency or in-house
• Any experience within retirement property sales would be desirable, but not essential
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
Working Hours:
• This is a part-time opportunity where the New Homes Sales Village Adviser will work 28 hours per week; Wednesday to Saturday (between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm).
