Rimmel Social Media Executive
Fixed Term Contract: 6 months
Location: Wimbledon, London

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team who is growing and expanding. The candidate will have complete freedom in shaping the content production of the brand especially for TikTok and the chance to join numerous creative projects both online and offline.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities are shooting and creating the TikTok calendar, collaborating with another in-house creator and lease the relationships with external ones, post-producing videos, joining live events (shootings, retail collaborations, brand events etc) and spotting online trends along with helping the brand to be culturally relevant.
Your main focus will be to:
• Produce a diverse range of multimedia content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat to support always on needs and help manage the global social calendar. Ensure content reflects the latest trends and staying true to our brand identity & editorial direction.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, listening to our communities, beauty news, and emerging topics. Infuse current trends into our content to keep it relevant, timely, and irresistibly shareable.
• Bring a vlogging attitude to our YouTube channel, infusing it with energy, authenticity, and creativity to scale and turbocharge our presence. From tutorials, to interviews and a dedicated eye to Shorts, you will help fuel our acceleration across the platform.
• Manage a high volume of content creation per week with a dynamic mindset, ensuring each piece resonates with our target audience.
• Collaborate closely with project partners, stakeholders, influencers, and creators to amplify our brand message and foster meaningful connections within the community.
• Our new make-up community RIMMEL LIVE is in town. Help engage with the community through ad hoc videos, engaging competitions, and exciting product reveals, creating moments that spark joy and foster brand loyalty.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a Social Media Executive, you will have a self-starter mentality, great communication skills and a passion for make-up and production. Other than that, you:
• Possess a keen design eye, with a high attention to detail and a knack for spotting emerging trends.
• Have advanced pre-production and video-editing skills, bringing your ideas to life with flair and finesse.
• Embrace a flexible approach to work, readily adapting to changes in business strategy and campaign initiatives.
• Have a strong appreciation of the beauty sector and passion to work within the industry.
• Are able to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
• Having previous digital content creation experience is an advantage.
