About the role: We are seeking a Director of Information Technology to play a pivotal role in leading our company's technological voyage. You'll lead, manage, innovate, and upgrade our IT operations, ensuring all departments are seamlessly supported. Your mission will include crafting IT strategies, managing technology purchases and contracts, and harmonizing IT solutions in collaboration with the executive leadership team and department leaders across the organization.
This role is on-site based in Burbank, CA.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and enhance our current IT systems and solutions.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and department leaders to identify and fulfill future technological needs.
• Expertly manage Microsoft 365 ecosystem and guide the transition from servers to cloud solutions like OneDrive/SharePoint.
• Develop and implement IT strategies and budgets aligned with our short and long-term goals.
• Identify technologies to uplift our products and services.
• Set high-level KPIs for the IT department.
• Lead and manage all IT personnel to facilitate a collaborative, egoless, and growth focused culture.
• Full ownership of the organization's technology roadmap, catering to both internal and external needs (B2B and B2C).
• Work cross functionally with divisional heads to tailor technology roadmaps for their specific business needs.
• Stay ahead of technology trends to propose innovative, cost-saving or revenue-generating technology solutions.
• Serve as the organization's technology expert.
• Support ERP and other systems implementation
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong proficiency in computer systems (Windows and Mac).
• Prior experience leading and growing an IT team.
• Robust background in network security.
• Experience in telecommunications, databases, and storage systems.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and managerial skills.
• Expertise in IT systems and management technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Education and Experience:
• Minimum of ten years’ experience in IT, with at least five years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a must; a master's degree and/or related certifications is highly preferable.
