About the Role:
• Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client
• Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
About the Person:
• Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer;
• Min. 3 years working experience in Facilities Management.
• Has experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent Customer service.
• Good Negotiation Skills
• Can work graveyard shift within 5-days work week
