Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dover, DE for a W. Lacrosse position. As a W. Lacrosse head coach the role involves participating in training sessions, drills, games, and tournaments. Responsibilities also include supporting team members, collaborating with coaches, and upholding the values of sportsmanship and teamwork.
Qualifications
• Experience playing / coaching collegiate
• lacrosse at a competitive level
• Demonstrated knowledge of lacrosse rules, techniques, and strategies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to upholding high standards of sportsmanship and fair play
