Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Cell and Gene Therapy (CMC and Analytics), you'll play an integral part in the management and growth of our client’s Cell and Gene Therapy business. Your role will encompass all aspects of Cell and Gene Thearpy CMC and Analytics across East Coast sites in Philadelphia and Boston. From project management to budgeting and personnel oversight, you'll lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
• Direct day-to-day activities of the Cell and Gene Therapy CMC and Analytics group, optimizing processes and expanding capabilities.
• Manage a diverse team of scientists and project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Drive business growth by providing scientific expertise and ensuring successful project execution.
• Ensure sound project and financial management, adhering to budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate with business development and operations teams to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
• Build strategic partnerships and position the company as a leader in the Cell and Gene Therapy space.
Key Requirements
• Advanced degree in biological sciences.
• Extensive experience in cell and gene therapy with expertise in virology, biology, and analytical development.
• Strong understanding of GMP and GLP regulations.
• Proven leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
Additional Position Details
This is an on-site position based near Exton, PA, with frequent travel to Boston and other sites as necessary. As a key leader within our organization, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of cell and gene therapy while driving growth and innovation.
