Job Description:
As a Principal Solution Consultant, you will be a key technical leader, responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple teams, providing strategic guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Your expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, and modern software development practices will be crucial in driving innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Architecture & Design:
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures using GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Develop microservices-based solutions leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and delivery across development and production environments.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide expert guidance on cloud best practices, including multi-cloud strategies, containerization, and orchestration.
• Lead teams in adopting Kubernetes and Docker for efficient container management and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Hands-On Development:
• Engage in hands-on coding in Java to build and maintain core components of the solution.
• Integrate APIs and external services to extend the functionality and value of the solutions.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor junior engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle, including process automation, toolchain enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge.
Required Skills :
• Cloud Platforms:
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in architecting and deploying cloud-native applications on multi-cloud environments.
• Software Development:
• Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Solid understanding of API integration technologies and best practices.
• DevOps & CI/CD:
• Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent.
• Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a cloud-focused role.
• Prior experience in a consulting or client-facing role is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
