• Provides overall general support
• Receives and records incoming official communications/reports, and releases correspondences and documents
• Encodes/edits draft letters, trainings/activity designs, reports, transmittals and other corresponding documents
• Ensure systematized filing of communications and keeps the Communication Tracking System up-to-date
• Follow-up important papers/documents endorsed or referred to other offices/divisions/units/field offices for action
• Acts as point of contact, providing administrative support and managing queries from internal and external clients
• Monitor the e-mail of the Department from time to time
• Compiles accomplished reports, including daily activity report, after-monitoring reports, monitoring forms, and re-entry action plans
• Gather and review employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Enter employee start and end times, deductions, and other relevant data into the payroll software.
• Record and manage approved annual and sick leave, ensuring accurate accruals and utilization.
• Confirm that legally-mandated and optional deductions (e.g., taxes, benefits, contributions) have been processed correctly.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, salary changes, and tax withholdings.
• Sort and compile current records for retention/disposal
• Perform other tasks as maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor
