Based in Newton Aycliffe. The successful candidate will be part of the growing Customer Service Department within the Husqvarna UK organisation. Husqvarna’s Aycliffe site is famous for producing thousands of the firm’s robotic lawnmowers which are shipped around the world every year.
Key Responsibilities
• Work in a small team of 6 to provide a positive customer service experience for our B2B clients and online customers.
• Provide prompt customer service support to Husqvarna Dealers via telephone and email.
• Process sales orders, returns and credits.
• Handle customer enquiries such as; deliveries, orders, discounts, part numbers, pricing, product specifications and complaints.
• Liaise with warehouses and transport teams to resolve delivery and stock issues.
• Inputting data accurately into Excel and CRM/REX systems.
• Involvement in seasonal campaigns.
Additional Skills/Qualifications Required

• GCSE English and Maths, grades 4-9
• Computer literate: strong IT skills and experience using MS Excel
