Job Description
The Associate Nutritionist is responsible in providing Gamefowl formulations required by Feed Mill plant. Works directly with the Nutritionist in keeping formulations availability needed by customers and clients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nutrition & Formulations
• Responsible for feed formulations required by customers Provide Least cost formulations for customers
• Provide formulation costings, material usages needed by accounting, purchasing & other departments
• Ensures the safety and confidentiality of all product formulation by implementing all risk management
• SOPs guidelines and work instructions applicable.
Research and Development
• Responsible for research of new ingredients that can possibly use in the formulations in collaboration with R&D
• Responsible for the implementation of formulations needed by R&D for trial purposes
• Responsible for the implementation of new ingredients that will help improve feed cost
Product Development
• Collaborate with Gamefowl Product Category for new product development
Technical Support
• Provide technical support to customers internally and externally as needed
ERP-SAP Support
• Creation of recipe and BOM from Formulation software and upload to Datalake
• ERP-SAP BOM maintainer
• Provide usages of master recipes and manages master recipes
Other Tasks
• Ensures the safety and confidentiality of all product formulations by implementing all risk management SOPs guidelines and work instructions applicable.
• Performance ad hoc task as assigned by team leader
FOOD SAFETY:
• Complies with quality, Halal, health and food safety policy, standards and regulations o the company.
• Responsible for reporting problems related to Halal, food safety & quality management system to identified authorities.
Other Tasks:
• Actively participate in all company programs and activities under quality improvement, safety & security, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, risk management etc.

Additional Information
Experience:
• Not required but experience is an advantage
Licenses:
• Licensed Agriculturist is an advantage
Other Requirements:
• Working knowledge of animal nutrition and animal physiology
• Knowledge on animal diseases and symptoms.
• Knowledge of production performance parameters
• Appreciation on Feed sales and Marketing
• Working knowledge on feed-mill operations and quality assurance.
• familiarity with analyzing data and writing reports;
