Job Opportunity: Adults Social Worker - Hospital Adult Care Team

Pay Rate: £30 per hour
Rochdale Borough Council is seeking an experienced and dedicated Adults Social Worker to join our dynamic Hospital Adult Care Team. If you are passionate about making a difference and have the required skills and experience, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality social work services within a hospital setting.
• Conduct assessments under the Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records using both manual and electronic systems.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of the service.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years hospital social work experience.
• Effective multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• Motivated, forward-thinking, and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ICT skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Real attention to detail in maintaining records.
