Shop Helper

Overview:
· Pay: $19.50 to $24.89 an hour
· Shift: 5am – 3:30pm (Monday – Thursday)
· Location: Sultan, WA
· Direct Hire
Job Description:
This position will involve various shop work in a foundry environment. Job duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Grind castings to remove excess material within assigned time and productivity requirements, as established for each product.
· Inspect castings for defects.
· Use jigs or fixtures to check castings when appropriate.
· Appropriately place castings in box or pallet.
· Meet all company work schedule and attendance expectations and perform within the physical and environmental demands of the job.
Qualifications:
· 3+ months of experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred, but not required. We are open to entry level
candidates!
· Ability to follow directions and work instructions
· Ability to speak and communicate in English
· Basic computer skills
· Ability to use hand and power tools
