REGISTERED NURSE

This position is for our Lakefield Home, located in Lakefield, Ontario.
Available opportunitiesinclude: Part-Time; Evening/Night shifts
What you’ll be doing
• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement,reviewand evaluate residentcomplexcare plansincluding education and support.
• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing,supervisingand evaluating their work.
