Overview
The SAP S4 / HanaBusiness Delivery Lead Systems Analyst is a service orientedpositive forward thinking team member who is responsible forimplementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet businessrelatedrequirements.
The SAP S4 / Hana Business Systems Analyst collaborateswith the business process teams to understand current / futurebusiness processes and requirements to ensure technologyinvestments support and enhance strategic objectives.
The SystemAnalyst must have testing experience in the manufacturing sectorwith extensive SAP S4 / Hana knowledge in procurement manufacturingwarehouse and / or quality.
Responsibilities
Contribute to strategy sessions and help guide business managementin their use of SAP S4 / Hana.
Work with departmentleadership to create an open dialog to determine issues and deriveenhancement priorities.
Continually scout for businessprocess improvements and support the business in attaining thehighest levels of productivity.
Prioritizing businessrequirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for reviewand approval.
Translate business requirements intobusiness based solutions and ensure an ultimately working solutionin SAP S4 / Hana or third party applications.
TroubleshootSAP S4 / Hana business process in the SCM MM IM eWM QM and MDGmodules as well as interfaces providing resolution and improvementsas required.
Walk customer through problemsolvingprocess.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues havebeen resolved.
Train users
Implement SAPS4 / Hana system solutions utilizing the system development lifecycleand project management methodologies.
Utilize changemanagement methodology and ensure the appropriate documentation iscomplete to implement system changes.
Partner withvendors and third party support teams to resolve system issuesdevelop enhancements and project tasks.
TroubleshootingFunctional and technical SAP S4 / Hana issues
Collaboratingwith Business Analysts Project Leads and IT team to resolve issuesand ensuring solutions are viable and consistent.
Developand maintain test scripts.
Facilitate and execute enduser acceptance testing following support team processes
Assist with development implementation and management of policiesprocesses and standards within the technical environment.
Assist with creating training documentation.
Beresponsive in a fastpaced adapting environment that requiresmaximum system performance minimum down time and a high degree ofcustomer satisfaction and confidence.

Qualifications
Strong skills in : SAPS4 / Hana EBS customer service communications skills facilitationleadership analytics and data modeling.
Must have stronganalytical skills and must have attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong communications skills and the ability to workindependently as well as in a positive team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintainrelationships.
Have the ability to adapt to a constantlychanging manufacturing environment.
The ability toquickly learn new system solutions.
Education / Experience
A Bachelor s Degree in IT and / or Business orequivalent work experience is required.
Havemanufacturing environment experience.
Experience inleading systems implementation utilizing SDLC and ProjectManagement methodologies.
Able to assist in supporting inSAP S4 / Hana and non SAP S4 / Hana system.
Prior experiencein regulated industry; FDA preferred.
SAP S4 / Hanaexperience
Proficient working knowledge of MicrosoftWindows.
