Assistant Dean and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer Location Riverside, CA (University area) : Position Information Reporting to the Vice Provost & Dean of the Graduate Division, the Assistant Dean and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO) serves as a member of the Dean's leadership team and is the principal advisor to the Dean and the Associate Deans to support the organization's mission. The CFAO oversees the administrative operations of the Graduate Division, which includes planning, directing, and coordinating the budget and financial aspects of the Graduate Division. The CFAO plays an integral role in the development of the Dean's long-range goals and objectives and provides executive leadership and direction in the implementation of the Graduate Division's administrative and financial policies, procedures, and operational effectiveness. The CFAO is also responsible for space planning, utilization, and human resources/talent management functions. The CFAO supervises 3 Unit Directors: Financial Operations Manager, Admissions Manager, and Academic Employment Analyst. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $140,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Proven ability to organize department work functions in an efficient and effective manner. Broad knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively lead, motivate and influence others and to develop and maintain high standards of customer service.
