Established framing company looking for individuals who would be interested in advancing their framing careers. We are a growing company, we do not pay cash. offering solid work with a great group of guys: Pay is based on experience as follows: Some experience ( less then 1 year) 20-22/hr: should be able to make accurate cuts and know how to read layout, load walls and make roof cuts Experienced but still learning (1-4years) 22-25/hr: wage will be dependent on work ethic, reliability, and proven ability to do most aspects of framing Framer (4+ years experience) 25-28/hr: must be able to perform all aspects of framing Lead hand. 5 years experience can do everything and help keep projects on track must be able to lead a crew. Wage would be discussed between us. Your own transportation is mandatory as we work all around the city. I consider myself a good employer, offering fair wages, and a great work environment.
