Position Summary
At Endeavor Schools, we are currently looking for a Lead Montessori Teacher to join our lower elementary classroom at Kinderhouse Montessori. The ideal candidate must hold an AMI Credential and will be responsible for creating a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment where children can thrive both socially and academically.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate engaging classroom activities
• Develop age-appropriate and Montessori-aligned lessons
• Implement positive classroom management techniques
• Promote positive social interactions among students
• Prioritize the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom
Hiring Bonus Details
We offer a $1,000 Hiring Bonus, payable in three installments as follows:
• $250 after 60 days of full-time employment
• $250 after 120 days of full-time employment
• $500 after 6 months of full-time employment
(Employee must be in good standing at the time of payout)
Experience And Education Requirements
• Must hold AMI or AMS certification
• Proficient in Montessori philosophy and materials
• Previous experience working in a certified child development center
• Familiarity with state standards and/or accreditation requirements
