Web Content Manager (Cambridge, MA)

As a Web Content Manager in the Digital Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for management and optimization of the online product page experience across our Health Systems businesses.

Your role:
• Work with our Health Systems businesses to ensure seamless creation, maintenance and ongoing optimization of product content published on our .com website. Drive scalable and efficient processes for global content creation including alignment with regions.
• Identify optimization opportunities, uncover audience needs, and consult on effective engagement and conversion strategies, as well as to provide input to our business digital teams and marcoms on opportunities that can drive digital impact for the organization.
• Ensure published product content is impactful, user-centric, engaging, high-quality and optimized for search engines (SEO).
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user engagement, conversion rates, and other website KPIs to measure success, drive user testing priorities, suggest optimizations, and adjust web content strategies accordingly.
• Requires collaborating with other departments such as Marketing, Insights & Analytics, and Digital Services.

You're the right fit if:
• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, inclusive of website strategy and execution.
• You are a process-oriented individual with experience in digital project management and/or web content management.
• You have familiarity and experience with web conversion optimization, SEO, and an understanding of how digital marketing campaigns rely on and interact with the web.
• You are Tech/digital savvy with experience in managing customer-oriented digital platforms, are highly organized and responsive, and have a data-driven mindset.
• You have a BA degree or higher degree in a related field.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
