I'm looking to hire an individual who can clean and organize my flower gardens.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in gardening and pruning. You should also be knowledgeable in plants and be able to identify and distinguish different varieties. Additionally, you need to be able to recognize and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
