Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures the effective implementation of the company's established quality standards in response to consumer specifications and in compliance with legislative standards. This role involves providing active leadership to maintain product quality, thereby protecting the brand and the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Quality Assurance
• Ensure that each shipment bound to Fly Ace Corporation (FAC) conforms to the company's asset standards.
• Plan sampling schedules of inspections based on the weekly shipment schedule.
• Verify label color per re-printing.
• Conduct inline checking in the processing area of the factory during production runs of Purchase Orders (PO), from raw material processing, labeling, to packing (encasement).
• Inspect containers before loading and conduct random inspections during container loading.
• Ensure all shipments are visually inspected and comply with set quality standards.

II. Reporting
• Submit monthly... inspection reports and concerns per factory (Excel format).
• Submit inspection reports within 7 days upon inspection of each lot or batch (Quality Assurance Inspection Report).

III. Auditing and Verification
• Annually conduct GMP audits per supplier factory.
• Work with the factory in verifying complaints.
• Verify the effectiveness of factory corrective and preventive actions.
• Train the factory in proper polishing and handling of Fly Ace Products.

IV. Coordination and Support
• Coordinate and assist in resolving issues involving non-compliance with product standards.
• Plan and schedule inspection activities based on priority.
• Conduct sample evaluations (new or improved formulations).
• Update concerns on production, processing, and raw materials availability.

V. Other Duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable college or university in food science and technology, food science, chemistry, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with or without experience.
• Preferably knowledgeable in quality assurance functions and food safety requirements.
