Job Summary:

Our call support associates help customers solve various roadside problems, which could considerably impact their personal or professional lives. Every customer that calls needs our assistance immediately. They may be in a dangerous situation, experience bad weather, or about to miss an important... appointment. This position is primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing service for our customers.

In this role, you work with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting their expectations.

:

· Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller’s situation.

· Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues.

· Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction

· Acquire service providers and provide information to enable a fast, efficient rescue

· Provide high level of service

· Strong empathy skills and a ‘heart’ for helping others

· Strong English proficiency

· Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal)

· Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications

· Flexible and adaptable to business requirements for changes needed to service the customer

· Apply good use of time management skills

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $6,000.00 per week
